From design to integration of its solutions, ACTIA Systems is present at every stage of the project and provides uninterrupted customer support.
In July 2023, ACTIA Systems inaugurated its brand-new electronic board production and assembly plant in Villaverde – close to its Getafe-based headquarters – further strengthening its status as an industrial and technological partner.
Equipped with the latest production and control machinery, and benefiting from the ACTIA Group’s experience in the industrialisation and manufacture of electronic boards, this new assembly line will enable ACTIA Systems to become even more firmly rooted in the Group’s values of industrial autonomy and sustainable development through the implementation of short circuits (PCBAs are manufactured where the end products are assembled).

Total control over the manufacturing process
This new electronic board production facility will enable ACTIA Systems to simplify its manufacturing process, with total control over production and considerable time savings.
The main objective is to become an independent PCBA manufacturer for our own products and projects, especially for our rail business, which requires micro-sized batches and lots of versatility.
With this new assembly line, ACTIA Systems has total control over the various manufacturing processes:

Cybersecurity expertise
ACTIA Systems is engaged into establishing the and improving an Information Security Management System as well as to establish the basis of the cybersecurity on the products offered by ACTIA Systems in the context of the INFOTAINMENT, VIDEOSURVEILLANCE, REARVIEW systems.
Since 2022, ACTIA Systems is ISO 27001:2013 certified and since 2024, ACTIA Systems has extended its certification perimeter and adapted to the version 2022 of the ISO 27001 standard.
Being part of an important sector of the NIS 2 directive, and with new challenges arising such as European directives (Cyber Resiliance Act, RED directive 3.3.d, 3.3.e, 3.3.f, UN Regulation No. 155) and the increment of cybersecurity incidents on the railway and automotive domains, ACTIA Systems engages to provide to the customer tailored solutions for their cybersecurity challenges, such as vulnerability monitoring, hardening, security logs, secure administration, secure update, secure communications, secure design, follow-up of sub-suppliers and much more.
All this work is also ensured by the security assurance activities carried out by the cybersecurity team of ACTIA Systems with several years of expertise in the domain of embedded systems.
