Information Security Policy

ACTIA SYSTEMS S.A.U. is a company dedicated to the design, manufacturing and technical assistance of electronic equipment in industrial vehicles such as buses and railway applications, aimed at entertainment and information management.

We affirm that cybersecurity is a permanent objective within the organisation and that our main objective is the implementation and improvement of an Information Security Management System, hereinafter referred to as ISMS, and that this system is aligned with the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 27001 Standard in the latest version in effect.

 Our Information Security Policy is clear:

To protect the interests of our customers and strengthen their trust in the organisation.

 To design and provide Actia Systems’ customers with products and services that meet the risks, needs and requirements related to information security, and may be subject to specific certifications and approvals.

Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and legal information security requirements.

Ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of the company over the years.

  • Protection of the company’s assets (customer data, designs, product source code, commercial offers, knowhow, etc.), of its customers and,
  • Ensure business continuity and availability of resources

The Management of ACTIA SYSTEMS S.A.U. leads and is committed to:

  • Meet customers’ cybersecurity requirements, both in the design and development of products, as well as in the protection of their information security.
  • Design and develop products that meet the requirements of European cybersecurity regulations.
  • Provide the human and material resources necessary for the implementation of the ISMS.
  • Protect the assets of the organisation and its stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, etc.).
  • Ensure the continuity and availability of the technical means to carry out the activity.
  • Ensuring the continuous improvement of the ISMS through indicators and audits, feedback of experience.
  • Research and innovation of new techniques, components, procedures and practices to keep up with new information and product security threats.

At ACTIA SYSTEMS S.A.U, compliance with this Information Security Policy is not possible without :

  • The communication and availability of this Policy to interested parties and, in particular, to the people working in our organisation.
  • Understanding and commitment to compliance by all ACTIA staff as guarantors of information security within the organisation and its stakeholders.
