ACTIA SYSTEMS S.A.U. is a company dedicated to the design, production, and technical support of electronic equipment and circuit boards for entertainment, information management, and rearview cameras, installed in industrial vehicles such as buses and railway applications.

This Quality and Environmental Policy outlines our principles for quality and environmental management, aligning with the organization’s strategy and focused on continuous improvement, sustainability, and stakeholder satisfaction. It is based on:

  • Meeting the requirements of customers and other stakeholders by ensuring the quality of products and services, considering their expectations regarding environmental matters, sustainability, and social responsibility.
  • Maintaining our flexibility, commitment, and dynamism as our hallmarks.
  • Protecting the environment through pollution prevention, the sustainable use of natural resources, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and the conservation of biodiversity and ecosystems.

The Management of ACTIA SYSTEMS S.A.U. leads and is committed to:

  • Managing risks and opportunities that may affect the quality of our products and services, environmental performance, compliance with requirements, and business continuity, considering our context, climate change, resource availability, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensuring the competence, training, and awareness of personnel, fostering participation in improving quality and environmental performance.
  • Continuously improving the effectiveness of the Management System and processes, as well as environmental performance, by defining and monitoring objectives, indicators, and actions based on verifiable and traceable data.
  • Planning and controlling changes that may affect the management system, assessing their impacts on quality, the environment, and compliance with requirements beforehand.
  • Meeting expectations, customer requirements, and applicable compliance obligations, including legal requirements and other environmental commitments.
  • Guarantee the conformity of products and services, ensuring their traceability and compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Promote innovation, design, and development of products and services as the basis for continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and business sustainability.
  • Manage activities through a process-based approach, considering environmental aspects throughout the product and service lifecycle, including suppliers and post-use phases.
