- Obsolescence Management: Rail systems are long-lasting investments with planned service lives of 30 to 40 years. The supply of spare parts needs to be guaranteed over the long term to ensure continuous operability and efficient maintenance. We analyse which components are likely to become obsolete during the product lifecycle, proposing alternatives and upgrades to guarantee the durability of solutions.
- SIL-1 (Safety Integrity Level 1): We carry out assessments of risks and safety requirements to ensure that the product meets the highest safety standards. Critical functionality is analysed for redundancy and overall safety.
- RAMS Management (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety): We implement strategies to maximise system reliability and availability, while guaranteeing maintainability and safety. Preventive maintenance protocols are developed to reduce downtime and anticipate failures.
